Policy Integrated Quality and Environmental Policy of Helsebemanning España S. L.

Helsebemanning SpainS.L. establishes the following Integrated Quality and Environmental Policy as a framework for

to ensure excellence in recruitment, consulting, and staffing services for healthcare and other professionals; the continuous improvement of its
processes; and responsible environmental performance.

The organization operates entirely remotely, without its own operational facilities, so the environmental impacts associated with the
activity are primarily indirect, linked to energy use and computer equipment, purchases and shipments, WEEE management, the generation of work-
r household waste associated with the job, and business travel related to the provision of services.

1. To provide a safe, effective service that complies with applicable requirements and is focused on customer satisfaction.
2. To continuously maintain and improve an Integrated Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.
3. Comply with applicable laws and other agreed-upon quality and environmental requirements.
4. Ensure the competence, training, and awareness of the people who work for the organization.
5. Ensure transparent and effective communication with stakeholders.
6. Prevent errors and promote continuous improvement in the management system and organizational performance.
7. Protect the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information.
8. Prevent pollution and reduce the environmental impacts resulting from our activities through the efficient use of
   resources, the digitization of processes, the responsible management of WEEE and other waste, the incorporation of environmental criteria into procurement and
   supplier selection, and reducing indirect emissions by prioritizing online meetings and avoiding unnecessary travel, while limiting air travel
   to essential cases only.

Communication and Review

This Policy is communicated internally and made available externally through its publication on the corporate website and, where applicable, by communicating it to customers and suppliers.
It is reviewed periodically to ensure that it remains appropriate to the context, the organization’s strategy, and applicable requirements.
