Ana Pedraz Tejedor, new CEO of Helsebemanning Spain

From April 2025, Ana Pedraz Tejedor joins Helsebemanning Spain as CEO and partner, with the objective of leading the expansion of the company in the Spanish and European market.

With a solid international background, Ana has developed her career in the technology sector leading teams and projects in companies such as HP and Oracle, in multicultural and highly demanding contexts. She has more than 20 years of experience in service management and team leadership, especially in global environments, and is bilingual in Spanish and English.

Although her professional background comes from the technology sector, her people-centered approach, strategic vision and experience in talent management make her the ideal person to guide this new stage of Helsebemanning’s growth, strengthening the connection between qualified healthcare professionals and the centers that need them most.

Helsebemanning opens new office in Málaga

On November 23, 2022, Helsebemanning released the big news that we have been waiting so long to share with you: We have opened an office in Málaga!
Our new colleague Ann-Charlotte works on site in Malaga. Ann-Charlotte will work to find Spanish Nurses, Doctors and other healthcare personnel who wish to work in Sweden and Norway. In order to work in the Nordic countries as a Spanish healthcare professional, it is necessary to speak and understand the languages spoken at the workplace, therefore Helsebamennig will offer language schools for those who need it.
Our aim in the future is to be able to help Spanish healthcare with recruitment and staffing. Our expectations for 2023 are high and we are sure that it will be very successful year!

Helsebemanning AS is a Norwegian-owned company with headquarters in Lillehammer and branch offices in Malaga. The company was founded by Thom-Erik Gruer and registered in November 2010. The majority of the company is owned by Thom-Erik Gruer and Svein Larsen.

Since its inception in 2010, Helsebemanning has staffed with nurses and doctors (consultants) in most specialties found in healthcare. As a result, we have a large network of people in those areas of expertise, with whom we maintain excellent contacts. Since January 2020, we have also recruited and staffed audiologists.

Helsebemanning’s customers are mainly municipalities and regions, but we also have a number of private healthcare providers as customers.Helsebemanning was founded in Norway in 2010 and has grown from a specialist Nordic staffing company into an international healthcare recruitment and staffing partner.
